• Must make appointment 2 weeks prior to pick-up date to be fitted
  
  
• We only have enough inventory to cater to one group per week
• Group must pay upfront in order to reserve equipment
• Typically we ask for groups to show up at 4pm on appointment date to start fitting
• Discount prices will not be honored if you show up without an appointment
• Excludes Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, MLK Weekend & Presidents Day weekend

Rental Terms

• All rental subject to terms of rental agreement contract. Prices subject to change.
• You must have a credit card and valid ID to rent.
• You must pay for rental at time of reservation.
• Rental refund are only reimbursed with STORE RENTAL CREDIT ONLY
• Winter Rentals cancelled within 24-hours from the morning of scheduled pick-up will receive
  store rental credit less a $10 set-up fee per rental.
• Renters are responsible to pay the replacement cost for any piece of equipment which
  the renter does not return.
• Renters are responsible to pay the store's standard rates to repair any piece of
  equipment damaged during the rental period above expected wear.
• A reasonable number of travel days will be allowed for winter rentals only. There is no charge for day-of
  pick-up and no charge for day of return for all rentals returned before 3pm for winter rentals.
  Example: Pick-Up Friday and return Monday before 3pm denotes a 2-Day rental.
• All other rentals such as racks and bikes are rented out by a 24 hr period. As soon as you take the rental product out of the shop your time has started.
