Action Rideshop Return Policy
Action Rideshop will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.

 

 

Items that are not Refundable:

Gift cards, Electronic items, GPS devices, Nutrition Products, Health and Personal Care Items, Chamois Cream, Recovery Lotion, Sunblock, Custom wheel builds

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment automatically.  Refunds may take as long as 7 business days to settle from the original approval date. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact [email protected] for assistance with an item exchange.

Shipping costs are non refundable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your return. We highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service, USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex and purchase the appropriate amount of shipping insurance. If you are shipping a complete bicycle we recommend using Bike Flights as the shipper and following all packing a boxing procedures they recommend as part of using their service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the item. 

 

Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping options from UPS and USPS.  Large items and Complete Bicycles will be shipped with Bike Flights.  Shippings options will be shown at time of check out. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size and weight. If this is the case with your order, we will notify you first for your approval.

 

International Shipping
We currently do not have an International shipping option. If you are not within the continental US, please contact us and we may be able to find a shipping option that will fit your needs. 

 

In-Store Pick Up
Orders requesting in-store pickup will be notified by phone when the item is ready at the location specified. Orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 5 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.  

 

Backorders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur on an order with multiple items, we will contact you will options to complete your order.
